Kimono love at Ark Clothing

Lately I've been completely obsessed with the idea of kimonos. Not the traditional Asian kimono, but the more modern day style that can be worn casual as everyday wear. I have been all over eBay and my usual favorite online stores to find the perfection selection but without any luck, until..

discovering Ark Clothing. They have the perfect selection of kimonos in all the different lenghts, shapes, fabrics and prints you could ever want and imagine. I'm not sure if it's the festival season that just started here or my slight love for 90's looking outfits lately that have me obsessed, but my god, I want all of them.

What I love most about kimonos is their way of being really versatile. They can add that perfect touch of grungy-ness to your outfit or be super girly worn with creams, pastels and flowers in your hair. What I especially love is that they allow you to wear very minimal clothes during those really hot summer days - heeey Roskilde Festival, I'll see you in six days - but without feeling too exposed. They act as a sort of comfortable cover-up and at the same time make your outfit look cool. Bonus.

I've picked out my favorites for you guys and now I just need to decide which one I should get and bring with me to Roskilde. All the kimonos range from £15 to £45 so there is definitely something for everyone - you can go check out the entire selection over at Ark Clothing. Which one is your favorite?

Colorful spring hair

Colorful locks and rainbow hair is no longer very groundbreaking, but spring is the perfect time for experimenting with your looks and do something fresh and new. As soon as the weather gets warmer, my need for adding chunks of random colors in my hair gets bigger, and I'm currently playing around with the thought of adding pale purples and minty blue in when I get my pastel pink hair back (which will hopefully be sooner than later). I like how colorful hair is very versatile and can be used in so many ways, it doesn't necessarily have to be bubbly and princess-like, it can also very look more serious and minimalistic. If you're thinking about going crazy with colors I have a ton of videos on that on my youtube channel and also a little guide on pastel hair right here.

What I would wear in christmas time

Simply lines. Thick materials. Plaids, lace and faux leather. These are all things that I'm absolutely lusting over right now, and all things will be perfect for winter. I'm obsessed with plaids (which I guess you can say the highstreet is too, just my luck huh?) but I feel like the fabric doesn't have to be plain and boring as long as the lines are. Not feeling over accessorizing either, I really feel like keeping it simple in every way - top it off with a pair of over knee heels, some warm tights, the perfect red lipstick and a black hat with ears and you're ready to go.

I've picked out all of these items over at romwe.com, they have so many great pieces in just the right colors for christmas and the holiday season. I'm planning on dying my hair bright red really soon so everything green, yellow, white and black will be fabulous with my new hair. Oh and links to all items can be found on my polyvore right here.

What are you guys lusting over for the holiday season?

KEA Empire Campus opening party with wantr.com

I had the most amazing friday night with the sweet people from wantr.com at the opening party at KEA Empire Campus here in Copenhagen. I was contacted by wantr after they noticed me in their master of trendspotting competition and asked me to come out and help them spot the most stylish people and promote the competition, so of course I said yes. I partied with the owner of wantr (the handsome guy in second picture), the blonde girl in third picture along with another lovely girl called Nina, our cool photographer and three of my most fabulous friends! I also kinda wanna marry the guy with the sweet smile and brown hair standing beside me, but I cant remember his name bohoo. There were lot's of cute guys and so many beautiful girls and all in all it was a wonderful night! Thank you wantr

I wore pumps bought in Jette Riis - eBay plastic clutch - romwe skirt - vintage Moschino belt - vintage silk shirt - eBay gold chain & a secondhand faux fur

Fall style mood 2013

My strategy to beat winter sadness when grey days, less sunlight and colder weather hits will be wearing loads of colors, funny textures and contrasting materials. I actually for once love a huge range of upcoming trends - colorful fur coats, knitted beanies, thigh boots and statement outerwear in general. It's a perfect time to bring out all my favorite vintage faux furs, the temperature just needs to drop a few more degrees. Oh and pink. I wan't all pink everything.

Is there any trends you guys are obessing over?

The 30 day squat challenge

Okay guys, so as you will hear in todays video, I just started the 30 day squat challenge, and I think you should do it with me if you feel like it! I believe this challenge was made famous by Kim Kardashian a while back, and so today I took some before shots of my butt that I will post along with some after shots when the 30 days are over.

The schedule is pretty straight forward and the first 50 squats weren't too hard to do at all. Below I will link a squat tutorial for you guys, so go go go!

Juju Jellies

I have been sort of loving the juju jelly shoes for the past few months, at first I absolutely hated them because they reminded me of the notorious crocs, but something about them just bring back nostalgic childhood memories to me, and they go hand in hand with my small obsession with plastic clothes. They are just kitch enough to be perfect. Kind of bummed summer is over, but I've grabbed a very affordable pair of pastel pink jellies on eBay (I've sinned again) that will be perfect for next year in spring.

What do you guys think of these shoes?

Real life sexy sweaters - sweaters with realistic photos

Do you guys remember my old posts about sexy sweaters back in 2011 when the tumblr trend really took off and everyone was obsessing over sweaters with real pictures? Well, it never really became a thing in real life, but I recently discovered an amazing online store with a ton of different sweaters like the ones Sexy Sweaters made a few years back. I instantly fell in love with a bunch of their items and just thought I would share it with you as well. I picked out my favorites above, but you can click here to check out more.

Would you wear some of these this fall? I'm craving the pearl sweater!
