Outfit | Flower crowns and jumpsuits

Sweet As Candy flower crown - second hand jumpsuit - H&M belt - eBay sandals - Romwe sunnies

Last fall I spotted this jumpsuit in Wasteland here in Copenhagen and kept coming back to look and fall more and more in love with it. I never got around to actually buying it since I had temporarily banned myself from shopping, but the bubblegum blue color was just so appealing and it fit like it was made for me. Anyway, Sofie started working in Wasteland and kept an eye on it for me. One day after a sleepover I stayed at Sofie's while she was at work, and when she came home she told me that she had both good and bad news for me. I asked to hear the bad news first and she told me that my jumpsuit was gone. I can imagine the sadness on my face that stayed for a few seconds until Sofie continued: but the good news is, that I bought it for you! I was in awe. It was one of the sweetest gifts I had ever received and for that reason this piece of clothing is so precious to me.

New in | plastic sandals

Last week I received these white plastic sandals in the mail. I have been slightly obsessed with chunky shoes, especially in white, and since I needed a practical and causal pair for every day wear I decided to go with these juju jellies-looking ones from eBay. The kitchyness of them really appeals to me, but the crisp white color takes them away from that 90's feel you got from wearing similar ones as a kid and make them look more modern. They have been super comfortable to walk around in, but I'm afraid they wont survive Roskilde Festival, so it's a good thing they are more than affordable on eBay. I might just have to grab a pair in black too. And maybe pale pink.. with glitter.

DIY | Flintstones bone necklace

Here's a fun, little DIY project that I wanted to share with you guys. I've always had a thing for The Flintstones and that whole cavewoman look, especially if it's in a more cartoon-ish and not so serious way. Kinda like Jeremy Scott's SS10 collection, which was just perfect. Anyway, something about brown beads and nylon string kinda offends me, so here's a quick DIY on how to turn cheap halloween jewelry into actual, wearable accessories (if you're into this sort of style, of course!)

Remove the nylon string from the face of earth and paint the brown beads black with your magic marker. They will need to dry for a bit, otherwise they can stain the plastic bones. And well, your fingers. I used a bobby pin to hold the beads so my hands wouldn't get all black and magic marker-y.

Arrange the bones and the beads nicely - meaning turn the bones the right way, so the ''made in China'' logo won't show, since this was obviously too big a job for the manufacturer to handle themselves - and also take one long bone from one of the bracelets that comes with the jewelry set and put in on the chain.

And there you have it. Your very own, very fancy bone necklace. Perfect for.. Well, people who's into kitchy things and may or may not be cavewoman/stoneage/Flintstones obsessed. I'm saving the rest of the extra bones for future DIY's and also use the earrings that come with the set for everyday wear - all I did to those was changing them from clip-on earrings to having a hook. So much more comfortable now that they don't squeeze my poor ears.

Latest eBay finds

I may or may not have gone a bit overboard with my eBay and etsy shopping lately, but I have very valid excuses for once. Also it's been forever since I did one of these eBay shopping updates, so I thought now would be a good time to start again. I've tried to link to everything, but since some of these items - like the Jeffrey Campbell shoes and Wildfox clothing - were one of a kind items I won, I've just linked you guys to the specific sellers.

I've officially banned myself from shopping until next month, cause we really just can't risk becoming eBay addicts, right? So my watch-list is getting longer and longer and in reality I should just log off the internet so I won't be tempted. Did you guys find any interesting treasures on eBay lately?

Purple bun and doll eyes

On thursday I was turning my sleeping pattern around, so in these photos I hadn't slept for just around twenty hours (a total of thirtytwo hours when I finally slept!!) so as you guys can probably guess I was wearing my bodyweight in Illamasqua concealer, went as overboard as I could with my L'oreal Carbon Gloss liquid liner, a tiny amount of random grey eyeshadow to fill in my brows and crease, a bit of Illamasqua's Nymph blush bring back some color to my face, MAC Saint Germain lipstick, Silver Dusk as highlighter both on my cupid's bow and cheekbones and finally some very cheap eyelashes from eBay that looks something like this - they're horrible to apply because they're way too firm, but I like the way they look. Oh and I'm also wearing this eyeliner on my waterline to reduce redness.

Clear plastic clutch

A small obsession of mine is clear plastic accessories. It all started last year when I bought a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes in clear plastic and while shopping with Lars here in Copenhagen I saw the most beautiful, clear plastic raincoat in Nagstore. It reminded me that I bought this clutch on eBay a few weeks ago and when it arrived last night my obsession was re-born. I'd love to walk around in more clear items this fall, it looks so futuristic and I love it styled with solid colors like white or black. This didn't cost more than a few dollars, so I will definitely keep a look out for more, cheap plastic items to wear this fall.

What are your thoughts guys?

Cocktails at Ruby's

Thrifted floral blazer - eBay gold chain - Vintage Moschino belt - Romwe skirt - Miss Selfridge clutch - eBay pumps

This monday Lars got off work early so we went out for a few cocktails at Ruby's which was such a cosy, old school-feeling place with some really nice bartenders and the drinks were so strong that two for each of us made us tipsy. I felt like celebrating the last day of pink hair - for now - and the end of summer by dressing up in blue eyeshadow, floral print and loose wavy hair. I can't wait to show you guys my new hair eeeep!

New in

I've been getting more and more exciting about fall fashion and creating new looks in my head, and after having searched for some simple, white pumps I found these on eBay. They were cheap, shipping was fast and I can wear them with socks so they'll give a little and be more comfortable! Uh, and they'll look great with my new haaaair : D
Here's a link to the seller, I really recommend it!

eBay shopping for Roskilde Festival

Hey guys! Haven't talked to you in a long time! So much has been happening the past few weeks - first of all I got a job at Roskilde Festival that I'm sure a lot of you guys have heard of. I got the idea that I should go last week and the festival is on saturday and ten days ahead so I'm surprised I was even able to get a job. Oh well, today I bought my very first tent and my littlebrother helped me building it in the garden, I'm gonna feel like a camping princess because there's room enough for three in it and I'm gonna sleep alone!

I was at the festival in 2007 for the first and only time, totally overpacked, with all the wrong clothes so this time I'm better prepared. I just ordered all this stuff on eBay to be practical but still look cute - a belt bag to carry my iphone, some cash, my credit card, camera, a little mirror and some makeup to touch up my face. Two pairs of pink trainer shoes because they are comfortable, versatile, practical and easy to style, and two caps because the job I got don't want me to wear sunnies when I go around talking to people, one barbie cap and one tennis inspired cap, mostly because I always wanted one, but also because I like that my head wont get too hot in it. I will do a full check-list of what to bring to festivals in a minute! Do you guys have a certain festival look that you love?

Vintage sunflower pants - oversized gold chain necklace - lace ancle socks - chunky gold earrings

Just a few of my latest eBay finds I've won or bought this week. My obsession with gold jewelry has returned and I've been searching all over eBay for perfect pieces. Also I have obsessed a little over sunflower print and highwaisted pants so winning the pair above for no more than $4 were a joy. Ancle socks are just fun and I needed a new pair. Yep, that's about it, but perhaps this should be a weekly thing, can't stop looking through eBay, ever.

If it's pink, I need it

I think my obsession with faux fur coats have been mentioned a few times, and I have been collecting them since I was thirteen, skimming the second hand shops of my city endlessly to find the best ones and my collection have become pretty big. I have been looking fur a pink fur jacket and stumbled upon this on ebay - it didn't cost a lot and it looks amazing so I obviously had to get it. Hope it will arrive soon so I can wear it before it gets too hot!

Early birthday present

So, my birthday isn't actually until the 2nd of July, but getting early birthday presents never hurt anyone, right? I constantly check eBay and etsy for fun and strange items that you don't see other places and it's sort of become an obsession of mine! Anywhozies, I stumbled upon this Burger & Fries tee on etsy and instantly fell in love. The brand is Get A Life and after researching a little bit I found a lot of cool items from them, especially on eBay where you can find a shirt exactly like this or even a shirt with hotdog print.

This was a wonderful gift from my wonderful littlebrother and I can't wait to wear it as a dress

with crimped hair, red lips and lot's of glitter! ♥

CURRENT STYLE MOOD

Current obsessions includes feathers, stones, ruffles, hindu everything, lace, crosses, caps & color. I really like mixing and matching a sort of Marie Antoinette inspired outfit with something completely different, such as the Lord Krishna shirt and the pink tutu-ish burlesque inspired hot pants. I actually bought the Krishna shirt on eBay, and to be honest, I've been buying loads from there lately. I love how you can find so much different stuff and the prices are great if you're on a budget. Oh and I also bought a pair of those ruffle shorts - I will have pictures up when the items arrive.

GET GLITTERY FOR NEW YEARS

I'm the kind of person who believes in going all in for new years and really get glammed up. It just feels like a great idea to look your best when jumping in to a new year and a new start, so I went on eBay to have a little look at what they could offer in the glittery shoe department. What I really love about eBay is that you can find pretty much any item you have in mind and get it for less money and since adding glittery pumps, wedges or stilettos to your new years outfit - no matter how casual you wanna look - you still have that extra flair and glamour. I found these five pairs for you, all reasonably prized, so now I too have trouble picking out just what pair to get.

Oh ps. I know new years is more than a month away, but it takes time looking good!
