Thursday Outfit

Luxe dress (probably secondhand!) - Jeffrey Campbell shoes - DIY daisy headband - H&M ring

Today the sun finally came around and I've spent all day on the balcony enjoying what feels like summer. I've also been listening to 50's and 60's music endlessly, so I guess that's what inspired this sort of simple/boring outfit. I have decided that I definitely need a daisy head band like this ASAP. And The Jeffrey Campbell rainbow shoes wouldn't hurt my collection either.

Have you guys had a great thursday? I have already picked out the dress I'm gonna wear tomorrow - it is fabulous! See you soon!

Outfit | Ghost Towns

Secondhand leather jacket - flea market sunnies - Q'neel seethrough blazer - eBay dress - Jeffrey Campbell Lita boots - secondhand bag - mixed rings - Glitter earrings

I wanted to share two amazing new secondhand finds with you guys - the perfect oversized leather jacket that I'm finding perfect for these late winter months and that I'm convinced will transition well into spring as well. I love it for it's wide shoulders and not very modern shape. The weekend bag is pretty much all I've been looking for to bring with me on mini trips. It caught my eye in a tiny secondhand shop in Copenhagen and I had to grab it along with the leather jacket for a more than reasonable prize. My lita's are in desperate need of some love, but who can blame them after two years of wear. This outfit is just perfect for the danish weather and my current mood.

Top 10 fashion picks

I'm back with a new Top 10 of items I'm currently lusting over from all over the internet. Craving everything black, white, clear and grey - lot's of textures and materials, and shapes that stand out enough for not much color or accessorising to be needed. I'm loving contrast and this is honestly the shoppinglist that I'm currently going for. Also finally stumbled across a pretty good knock off of the Stella McCartney tread shoes, and they just happen to come in my size which is more than you can say about other models like them.. Now I just need to choose between those and the Jeffrey Campbell Scully's on preorder. What would you guys go with?

Stella McCartney vs. Jeffrey Campbell

I've had my eye on the Stella McCartney heavy tread shoes that has become an incredibly popular A/W 13 item. The over the top industrial vibe is completely balanced out by the clean, white color and I love that Stella used faux leather and thick rubber. They look so iconic and they're beautiful in both black and white. I can however not find them anywhere online (any tips much appreciated!!) but I stumbled upon the Jeffrey Campbell Scully shoes that is obviously very inspired by Stella's model - I like that the heel is higher, to me a tall heel is beautiful, but I feel like they're such a ripoff that I would feel sad wearing them. The Scully's are made from genuine leather which is a minus to me and you can almost see that the quality is in no way near the original model, especially when you own other Jeffrey Campbell shoes. I do love this design though, so my hunt for the original ones will continue!

What's your thoughts guys? Would you feel fine wearing the Scully's even when their such an obvious knock off?

Selling these Jeffrey Campbell shoes

I've just put these amazing Jeffrey Campbell oil slick shoes up for sale on trendsales.dk since the size didn't fit me. They are a 9.5 which in this model fits a EU 39 or small 40. I tried selling them via facebook, but since they're not a very iconic or popular JC model I decided to try another audience. This is my first time using trendsales - do any of you guys have any experiences with this site? I'm sort of excited to see if any danish fashionistas are interested in a pair like this. You can see my listing here.

They would be perfect for fall, so I'm really sad they don't come in my size :(

ROSE GOLD & PLASTIC

I totally forgot to show you guys that I recieved my Jeffrey Campbell Stinger Spike flatforms a few weeks ago! They are absolutely gorgeous, as I expected, but surprisingly I still haven't broken them in yet. As beautiful as they are, they don't feel like the pair of shoes you wanna wear to go out dancing or even walking in. I don't know if it's just me being too careful, but the thought of having clear plastic around your feet just seems.. Not so practical. Basically I'm afraid they will break if I wear them out, so they will have to stand with my other shoes and look pretty until I finally decide to wear them. Probably next summer, I don't want all this rainy weather and dirt to destroy them.

I got them from lovely solestruck.com, you can find them right here

The American flag print.

Lately I've really been feeling the whole American flag trend. It looks gorgeous on both swinsuits, shoes, leggins and accessories. I've got my eyes on some different stuff, but I seriously need to get some soon. I like the way it can be used in a simple outfit, to make it more detailed, but I also think it looks good with something more wild. I really can't decide what I think about the Lita shoes. I have a hate/love relationship to the shape, but the print is amazing. What do you think about this trend?
