500.000 blog views, 500 readers and red lips for christmas

I was just catching up on some blogs and checking back on my own when I saw that the view counter had hit 500.000 and that 500 readers had subscribed, which honestly, is kind of a milestone for me. This blog started out as a fun experiment to express myself back in the winter of 2010 and is to this day still a place where I post personal inspirations - sometimes more than others - and will always be a place I'll return when I feel the need. It's lovely to know that you guys like to take part in this little online diary of mine.

Things have been dull for me online, but my non-virtual life certainly hasn't. I'm hoping to find a good balance between these two parts of me in 2015 and bring it all together for bigger, better things. There are big projects that I have been planning for so long and I think the time might be right soon. I miss interacting with you all both here and on youtube.

But for now, thank you to each and every one of you for watching, commenting, supporting and sharing your opinions with me these past 4 years. I truly appreciate it

Lips are Makeup Forever Aqua Lip liner in 8C, 11C, 12C, Rimmel Temptation lipstick with a dap of Urban Decay F-bomb lipstick and a Makeup Forever clear Aqua Rouge gloss on top.

Bones & leopard

Details of todays look. I almost got tired of the red hair, but a change of mood and music helped with new inspiration. I'm currently re-obsessed with bone jewelry - DIY will follow soon - and I especially like it paired with red lips, hair and leopard print.

Blazer and velvet dress are both secondhand, I will pair it with these shoes and this jacket when I head out to show some sweet American girls around in a minute. They are visiting Copenhagen this weekend, and are friends with someone really special to me, so no doubt it will be fun.. If, I can manage to stop listening to 60's music and actually leave, that is.

I'm your national anthem

Chain smoking, retail therapy, spring sun, siamese twins, vodka, constant music, no satisfaction, beautiful hair, trains, dead superstars, war history, netflix overload, new shoes, heartbreak, daydreaming and busyness. Current life.

Outfit | Grey beaches

Vintage faux fur - Asos dress - eBay earrings - eBay gold chain - secondhand shoes

I spent this day modelling for a very cold photoshoot in 5 degrees weather and pretty much no clothes or shoes - pictures will follow soon - and I dressed sort of practical and warm, so it would be easy to change outfits and not freeze to death. My friends have made fun of these shoes since I bought them a few weeks ago for their grandma-vibes, and even though I do get those vibes too, somehow they just work for me when I wear them. Still feel better in colorless clothes right now, but I've been re-united with my beloved oversized gold earrings and I'm in love with the way they look in contrast to my hair. Whether or not I look like a russian prostitute is debatable, but I am so ready to welcome spring weather and say goodbye to grey skies and winter outfits. Hopefully this will be the last winter outfit post before we transition into spring. All photos by Rebecca Bregnum.

Bright, red, long hair

New chapter, new hair, new beginning. 2014, I am ready for you. I was having doubts about how this would feel, but oh my, this looks exactly like how I feel right now. No colors, just red. There's something really strong about a color like this, which is just what I need. So excited about rocking this look for the next few months. What do you guys think?
Ps. This song is on repeat today, so much love for this.

Outfit | Fashionweek

Romwe sunglasses - secondhand faux fur - Front Row Shop t-shirt - Black Milk leggins - UNIF Hellbound shoes - eBay pyrite ring - Rosewholesale bag

In honor of (my badly planned) fashionweek, this was my outfit yesterday. This week I only have two events to go to, but obviously still had to dress up to be there in spirit. A friend and I went to Rosabryndis' showroom last night after having shot these pictures in minus degrees - note, red hands and snow on the ground - while almost freezing to death. This outfit were a strange mix of me trying to stay warm, and fail, but also playing around with materials and textures instead of color. I wanted to let my red hair and lips be in focus in contrast to the pretty understated colors of the outfit. Now I have two boring days of studying in front of me before the second fashionweek event on saturday.

Neon red hair

The past six months has sort of been a hair adventure for me. I've been through pink, blonde, yellow, green and every nuance of purple you can imagine before ending on a very stubborn unwelcome blue. For a few months I've been playing with the thought of going red, just try to it. Red used to be one of my favorite colors that you would always see me in when I was younger, and so yesterday boredom hit me and I went red. I still prefer my pastels, but this is gonna be fun for a while. After this I have one more (very drastic change of) hair color I wanna try out before I go back to pale pink and bleached brows. Oh ps. I forgot my flat iron in Germany, so I'm kind of in the middle of a hair crisis.

What do you guys think? I'm very excited for your reactions!

RED LIPS

I went for my everyday makeup anno 2008 today and was kinda hoping that my UNIF Hellraisers would be ready to picked up, but no. The danish customs are holding them back yet again. Hopefully they will be here tomorrow and I will be ready for spring.

The beauty of red.

I know that I'm kinda spamming you guys with polyvore outfits lately, so I made a category named polyvore. I'm just having a lot of fun with it, and I'm REALLY feeling the color red at the moment. I dont know what it is, but red is such a fabulous color that I've always been wearing a lot, I guess I'm just not feeling it that much since my hair is pink. Anyway, these outits would go so well with ashy-blonde or royale blue hair. I might be getting bad ideas..

Love is such a gorgeous shade of red.

Wearing vintage lace shirt, gifted bag, H&M dress and black nylons

I washed my hair to get it as pale as possible, painted my nails and lips red and grabbed one of my favorite bags ever. It's so spacy and gorgeous, but I have a love hate relationship when you mix red and pink. Most of the time it doesn't really go together, but I think I pulled it off okay. This week I'm going for a more classical look, and I'll wear  lots of red lipstick, white shirts and simple makeup, until next week where I'll probably go crazy with pinks, purples and silver colors again, cause as I said before I'm going to get my tattoo!
What do you guys think of the mix of colors?
