OH YOU SILLY THINGS

Hahaha, just a few GIF's from our little photoshoot earlier this week. I love the way the wind blows in the first photos, it really creates a beautiful autumn feeling and I love that you can see a small person walking by on the picture below. This city can actually be quite beautiful if you just look closer, but I still cant wait to move away.. Also I probably will be finished packing everything tonight #wohooprogress

Update - I'm done cleaning, painting and moving out of the apartment. I'm sitting in my grandmother's apartment, so tomorrow I just have to go back to the apartment to meet up with my landlord and get everything checked. Yay! This blog post was pre-made, to make sure I would have something to post. Much love.

CURRENT MOOD

 

At the moment I'm strangely fascinated by moths, butterflies and different kinds of stones and crystals. I'm still searching everywhere for beautiful titanium quartz and pyrite jewelry and I keep having dreams about extraterrestrial stuff and water.. Maybe it has something to do with my small obesssion with icy blue, faded hair that Ivania from love-aesthetics suits so wonderfully. I also keep getting ideas about how I want to decorate and personalize the future apartment my best friend and I will be living in when we move to Copenhagen. I definitely want lavender walls and maybe some dusty rose ones too and I'm sort of gonna be making a mint green, glittery jewelry holder out of vintage deer antlers. Oh well, lot's of new wonderful projects to come! It's always a good idea to keep feeling inspired ♥

PASTEL PROM QUEENS

 

I stumbled across these photos on Idol Magazine and now I'm totally obsessed with the contrast of the pale skin and moody facial expressions versus the colorful hair, clothing and chunky jewelry. I almost get a grungy Marie Antoinette feeling from this. I will now have to continue my hunt for titanium quartz and pyrite jewelry on eBay, which is sort of another thing I'm currently obsessing over.. That only-buy-things-if-you-absolutely-need-them thing didn't really work out for me.

GET GLITTERY FOR NEW YEARS

I'm the kind of person who believes in going all in for new years and really get glammed up. It just feels like a great idea to look your best when jumping in to a new year and a new start, so I went on eBay to have a little look at what they could offer in the glittery shoe department. What I really love about eBay is that you can find pretty much any item you have in mind and get it for less money and since adding glittery pumps, wedges or stilettos to your new years outfit - no matter how casual you wanna look - you still have that extra flair and glamour. I found these five pairs for you, all reasonably prized, so now I too have trouble picking out just what pair to get.

COLORFUL FALL/AUTUMN LOOK

My fabulous friend Mie Maja and I went out in the beautiful fall weather today to take some outfit photos, both with brand new - old - fur coats. It's a funny story actually because I have been wanting to buy the amazing blue fur coat from her for about a year and finally did it. Who says fall cant be colorful and fun? After going to a café to grab a hummus sandwich and a vanilla chai latte it was actually pretty wonderful to spend some time out in nature which is sadly something I do way too rare in the winter/fall months. Now I'm just home again and will probably spend my night in packing some more of my stuff so I can move soon. Hope everyone is having a lovely wednesday ♥

THE JEFFREY CAMPBELL STREET CRED'S

Oh. My god. I feel like these shoes were made for me. Heel-less platforms in pink glitter? They are amazing - with more than 11 inches you would look like a monster walking around in these babies. Of course the heel is only a little taller than 7 inches due to the massive platform, but they are definitely not for first time heel wearers. I've also seen them in multiglitter on solestruck if that's more your style and they cost $155 both places. These will definitely be my next Jeffrey Campbell buy, maybe a christmas present for myself this year, but until then I will have to just drool a little more over them on nastygal. PURPLE DAYS

Today the annual christmas beer is being released in Denmark, so every teenager and twenty-something people will be out celebrating tonight. Even though I'm sick I promised a friend of mine to go out to something called Pornobaren (meaning the porn bar) and get a few of those christmas beers. I'm wearing my velvet H&M dress and black wedges from nelly.com that you can see right here. On the other photos I'm wearing a sky printed sort of jacket from romwe.com that I got a while back. ROSE GOLD & PLASTIC

I totally forgot to show you guys that I recieved my Jeffrey Campbell Stinger Spike flatforms a few weeks ago! They are absolutely gorgeous, as I expected, but surprisingly I still haven't broken them in yet. As beautiful as they are, they don't feel like the pair of shoes you wanna wear to go out dancing or even walking in. I don't know if it's just me being too careful, but the thought of having clear plastic around your feet just seems.. Not so practical. Basically I'm afraid they will break if I wear them out, so they will have to stand with my other shoes and look pretty until I finally decide to wear them. Probably next summer, I don't want all this rainy weather and dirt to destroy them.
