My current perfume wants - some I've already had and need to restock on, others I've smelled and fallen in love with. I'm a huge perfume freak and collecter, there's just something special about matching your scent to your mood, or just to complete an amazing outfit with just the right perfume. I don't think I will ever actually stop collecting, and this list is definitely not complete either.
Solestruck.comis my all time favorite place to look at and order shoes from,
they have all the cool brands your heart could desire from Jeffrey Cambell, Adidas x Jeremy Scott and UNIF, to Vivienne Westwood, Buffalo and Deandri. Since spring is officially here and it's time to pack away your old winterboots, here's a list of my current favorite solestruck shoes.
Jeremy Scott is for obvious reasons one of my favorite designers and his Adidas collaboration have had me drooling. Usually sneakers aren't really up my alley, but what's not to love about this pink poodle madness? Here's the JS Poodle.
Oxfords never really catched my fancy, but these holographic ones have caught my attention. They would be great styled with a silver holographic dress and white nails and sunglasses. Here's the Zoe by Miista.
I obviously can't do a favorite shoes list without including Jeffrey Campbell and I've loved this design since I first saw it in black but didn't consider getting them since I already own the Spiked Lita and the Shadow Shadow Stud, but they're a totally different story in white, right? These are soooo good, here's the Damsel Spikein white.
You can't really get around it, Buffalo's are back big time and their collaboration with Solestruck is pretty impressive. These are for all platform wearing, 90's lovers and they are purrrfect. Here's my Buffalo x Solestruckfavorite.
I already did a postabout these babies before, but I just can't get them out of my head.
This must be the most amazing editorial I have ever seen. Everything about it is so well put together and inspiring. I am in love with the geometrical design and the well coordinated colorblocking. I have nothing but love for the oversized cutout fake outbrows and hair and the color of the lipstick and nails are to die for. Pearly white skin is allways a hit and the model is beautiful.
I could go on. Sadly I have not been able to figure out where this editorial is from. If you know the source please tell me I would love to know.
So obviously one of my favorite lipsticks are from MAC, and I guess everyone who have tried MAC lipsticks will agree with me. I especially love this lipstick because even though it's such a pale color, it's still so pigmented. And sometimes I really miss that in a lipstick. I use this most days, because it goes so well with cotton candy pink hair and dark eye makeup. Generally it just completes all outfits and looks. I usually take some on my finger and dap in on my lips instead of actually using the lipstick. Just for a nice everyday look.
Lipstick 39 by Nouba
This lipstick is actually much more pink in real life and as the MAC one this is also very pigmented and have that amazing Barbie look to it. I have had this for such a long time, and I've been loving it since the first time I put it on. The good thing about Nouba lipstick's is that they never seem to smudge and they last forever. And again, as Saint Germain, this color seems to go very well with porcelain skin as well. I also dap this on with my finger to avoid that major platique overload. I'm wearing it in my last post.
Super Coral by Clinique
Okay, so apparently my lipstick is vintage, because the design on the one I have is totally different. I kinda like mine more. Anyway, this is a beautiful coral orange color that I'm in love with. Some days a little change from all the pink is nice, and it goes so well with brown colors, leopard and a more summer-ish look. Also I really love the color orange, but somehow I never seem to wear it. This lipstick is nicely pigmented and doesn't smudge either. I dap in on with my finger or mix it with another orange lipstick from Nouba.
Peach Juice by Maybelline
This lipstick is actually more like a slightly pigmented lipbalm, than an actual lipstick and for the price I guess it's okay. I like this, because when I use it without foundation it gives a very sheer pink shine, without looking glossy and it also moisturizes my lips. When wearing it over foundation it looks more like an actual lipstick and the good thing about this is that it fades away pretty fast but doesn't crack your lips, so throughout the day it's so easy to quickly reaply and just have with you.
"I had to come all the way from the highway and byways of Tallahassee, Florida
to Motorcity, Detroit to find my true love."
My all time favorite movie is Quentin Tarantino's
True Romance.
It's like a romantic thriller full of drugs,
guns, violence and love. But it's also so much more than that.
The first time I saw it, I just couldn't look away, and when it ended,
I just cried and watched it again.
The story is about this guy called Clarence,
who's only love is movies. He meets a call girl called Alabama,
and they fall deeply in love.
Love isn't always easy, and this movie really proves it.
Whenever i felt like giving up on love, this movie made
me realize how strong and true love can be,
and it really always made me believe.
I can totally see myself in Alabama, and that always make me smile.
Also the movie is made in 1993, the year i was born,
and i really thing my life has a connection to this movie!
As i said, the whole story is amazing,
but Alabama's outfits and looks in this movie, is
truly an inspiration.
She wears pastels, leopard and zebra print,
cute sunglasses and have platinum blonde hair.
She looks SO cute.
''Amid the chaos of that day, when all I could hear was the thunder of gunshots, and all I could smell was the violence in the air, I look back and am amazed that my thoughts were so clear and true, that three words went through my mind endlessly, repeating themselves like a broken record: you're so cool, you're so cool, you're so cool''
I can with all my heart recommend you this movie!
You wont regret watching it.
But i guess i feel that way about all Quentin Tarantino movies.
